The staff was excellent - friendly, dedicated, and welcoming. Jacopo and Corinna at the front desk were especially helpful. The location was clean and newly renovated, not far from the beach. The hotel had great suggestions for activities and places to visit.
Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel is walking distance to most of the shops, restaurants and the beach
The hotel pool had no lounging area or even space to sit around. The pool was small and just tucked away in the corner.

very noisy. I had a corner room and were surrounded by loud young germans who insisted on slamming the doors at all hours of the day and night. On the sunday of my stay The noise started at 5pm and continued throughout the night until 7 am.I had no sleep at all that night.I did manage to get a room change for the last 3 nights which was better.

Spent New Year's Eve here and had a great time! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was super clean and nicely decorated. Loved the modern design of the rooms and the fact that everything looked new. The staff was friendly and helpful, they even had a New Year's Eve party with a DJ and champagne at midnight which was a nice surprise. had a great experience and would definitely recommend.
The noise level in the hallways at night. Some guests were coming back from the bars and were a bit rowdy which made it hard to sleep.

It is near to Palma airport, Palma center and El Arenal beach also. It is ok for young people who wants to party and likes to rest on the beach everyday and dont bother about noisy german guys. The stuffs are very friendly and helpfull, he speaks german better.
The room may be very hot in the main season, till september, but in september the tempreture is ok. The cleaning could be better. Its worth for the price.

This place is horrible!!! The rooms are extremely old-fashioned and really hot with a musty smell. We couldn't leave our windows open when we left the room because the neighbours could sneak in easily and even at night opening the windows wasn't an option because of the very noisy street and other german and dutch partypeople (you could easily hear them on the other side of the hotel). There was screaming and music the whole night untill the morning. We could't sleep. Between 9pm and 10pm the cleaning ladies came in twice for cleaning the room... It was one of my most horrible hotel-experiences ever.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. Additionally, the location was not far from the beach, making it easy to take a quick walk to the shore. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. They provided me with excellent suggestions for activities and places to visit around the city.
Could not be improved in any way.

Location is good. Good bus connections with the aeroport (21) and with the city of Palma (15, 25 and 23). It has breakfast (though a bit simple). The room was spacious and with balcony. There is an elevator.
The room had no air conditioned and the temperature was over 30º, so the room was like an oven. The hotel, as weel as all that area, is filled with noisy teens that make lots of noise including shouting and kicking doors. Old materials. Weak shower.

very good for young people looking for party life. Every night very noisy. I would compare it with some old average student house. Close to the many of disco clubs. Staff is very friendly. Beach is average and full of party people, too.
need reconstruction

The hotel's location near the beach was convenient and easy to access. the room was decently clean and modern. the bathroom had everything we needed. the staff provided good service and gave helpful recommendations about local activities. Although the breakfast was not great, the hotel did offer some sandwiches as an option to take away. the pool area was well-maintained and comfortable.

Hotel Arcadia, El Arenal, Mallorca was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Paint flaking from the ceiling. Furniture should be replaced 15 years ago - completely destroyed. Even my grandmother has less destroyed and newer furniture than this hotel has. Pre-war bathroom. Was difficult to stand on the terrace because it smelled like sewage (reason rainwater from terrace connected to the wastepipe). Breakfast - choice: two kinds of salami, cheese, sliced tomatoes plus a jam and a baguette(rools) and two types of fruit (only edible thins were baguettes and jam with fruits, the rest tasted like outdate). No soap and no shampoo - ok I can buy, but the lack of toilet paper was too much for me. Two towels were large holes, after changing it only one! It is a pity that there is no possibilities attach photos to this description - you would have a chance to see this on your own eyes! Fortunately for us, we were there for only two nights. Next hotel was cheaper and 1000 times better (starting with the appearance of the room trought hotel and service standard finish on the breakfast) - strange isn't it? I visiting a lot of hotels in the last month I stayed in four diferent hotels, but Hotel Arcadia, El Arenal, Mallorca was below any criticism.

A very good position near the beach in Arenal. The breakfast buffet is very good.
No hot water in the room. No soap and dirty tap water. There was too much noise from the street outside and this was violent and verbally abusive. So I cannot recomend it.

The hotel provided clean and modern facilities, with comfortable rooms and newly renovated amenities. Its proximity to the beach was great, allowing for easy access to a refreshing swim or walk along the coast. the friendly staff provided excellent service and valuable recommendations.
The breakfast service didn't meet expectations, with a lackluster sandwich being provided as an alternative to the advertised meal. there were some issues with the electricity and water supply, leading to a lack of functioning air conditioning and showers - not the most comfortable experience, especially in warm weather.

Very Noisy due to the drunk/young element of the clientele. Had to leave days earlier than booking time - unable to sleep, and the breakfast was not worth having! (a piece of cheese, ham, and tomato, and cake, juice was sugar powder! teabags were only herbal). Wish I could have a refund!
